Everything You Need to Know About Tokens
How do tokens work?
Tokens are credits you can use across any Socialwiz tool — from writing ad copy to generating full visual creatives. Each tool uses a set number of tokens depending on its complexity. For example, copy generation might use 1 token, while a full ad visual might use 5 tokens.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You won’t lose access to your account — you’ll simply need to top up to continue using tools. You can buy extra tokens anytime, or wait until your monthly plan renews to receive your next token batch.
Do tokens expire?
Monthly tokens reset every billing cycle. Any unused tokens from your plan do not roll over, but top-up tokens (bought separately) do not expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes! You can switch plans anytime. If you upgrade, you’ll get access to more tokens immediately. If you downgrade, your new plan and limits will apply on your next billing cycle.
What’s the difference between tools?
Each tool performs a different task:
