●     You agree not to use theplatform for illegal, offensive, or abusive content

2. User-Generated Content

●     You retain full ownership ofall images and text generated via Socialwiz

●     You grant us the right to useyour generated content for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes

3. Accounts and Access

●     You are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of your account

●     We reserve the right to suspendor terminate accounts that violate our policies

4. Payment and Refunds

●     All purchases are final; we donot offer refunds

●     There is no trial period

●     We use Stripe for paymentprocessing

5. Intellectual Property

●     All technology, features, andplatform content (excluding user-generated content) belong to KPI Tech

6. Limitation of Liability

●     We are not liable for anydamages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the lawsof Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
